Rationale for Research Paper

The question is why did I choose to speak on the topic of crypto currency and cryptography? The reason is simple: throughout human history the people who come out on top are those that educate themselves on the possibilities of the future. When we think about where we are in history as society this is the technology age of humanity or otherwise called the digital age. In this age everything is fast paced and we have to keep up with everything before we get left behind. So educating ourselves on the future of finance and banking is essential to be able to transition to this new world we are soon going to live in. Recently the government itself realized this and is trying to find a way to get in front of the situation and get a hand on this overwhelming industry that is growing at an exponential rate. People are changing their lives through small investments that boom. There is a statistic that says if you invested one hundred dollars into a crypto coin called shiba inu, that investment today would be worth  $14,045,098. That is life changing money that you gained from just holding on to the coin. The truth is they aren’t even buying a physical asset. It’s something digital that we put value on. This trend will only keep growing. Another recent trend that is starting to get enormous attention is something called NFTs. These are non fungible tokens, meaning anything digital that is sold off as a token or in other words a piece of art to buy for your collection. The first ever tweet was sold off as an NFT for a whopping $3,000,000.  Think about the possibilities with a system like this. Currently it is impossible to own the mona lisa as the physical painting because it’s something that cannot have a value put on it. With something like NFTs it’s possible to buy a part of the digital form of the Mona lisa. This idea is unimaginable to even think but this is the way the crypto world is headed. Soon we are looking into many different worlds we could virtually enter called the metaverse. The world is advancing at an incredible rate so to keep up with these times we have to educate ourselves which is why I chose to research the topic of crypto currency.
