        Post Essay Reflection

Throughout this assignment I was thinking of how I am going to formulate this essay, what type of structure I want it to have? What is a good way to present the topic. I was going to start with the history of crypto, the first ever crypto coin, but that all seemed basic to me. So I decided to start with the backbone of crypto and the thing that separates it from our regular everyday currency, with that being said I started by introducing the blockchain. The blockchain is the one thing that gives crypto currency so much validation. It’s the tool that essentially cuts out the middleman which would be our banks. Now instead of giving the responsibility to the bank to keep track of my transactions and deposits. I look at the blockchain which is essentially a computer that does that all for me. Every transaction, every deposit I make doesnt go through a bank, it goes on my blockchain and is reported on the public ledger. That way everything can be verified because it’s all recorded automatically the faulty nature of a human isn’t being relied on. Anyone can check to make sure that the account is being fair and no shady business is going on. You don’t need to worry about your personal information because only you know which chain belongs to you. But to get back to the reflection I started with this point because it is what essentially separates crypto currency from the old system of banking we have been using for years now. Now I had to look for sources and reliable information that I could further my research on. So I built on that and spoke of crypto coins. Throughout this process I’m getting a better understanding of this subject for myself. For me I feel that the research paper wasn’t too tough due to the fact that there is so much out there for me to read and see about crypto currency so the research paper wasn’t a tough assignment to take on.
